Inspiring conversations and new insights about transformation -

We have just had the pleasure of participating in Module 1 of the course ''Transformation, Value and Documentation'' together with a fantastic group of professionals, organised by the Association of Architects.

The course, led by Esben Thorlacius and Sarah Lassen, with presentations from Søren Nielsen, Thomas Bertelsen and Anna Mette Exner, delved into value proposition and potential in transforming existing buildings into resources for the future.

The discussions about considering buildings as resources and balancing conservation with modern needs were incredibly engaging and very relevant to our work at It Takes a Village. This approach supports our goal of creating spaces that prioritize community, adaptability and care.

A big thank you to the Association of Architects and the talented teachers for leading these thought-provoking sessions. We look forward to Module 2 in a few weeks!
