It Takes a Village to Care

We are an independent architecture studio in Copenhagen, focusing on caring and inclusive environments.

Motherhood, shifting times, and a profound need for communities made us take the leap.

We realise and understand that care isn’t an eternal resource - it is a skill and practice which must be cared for, nurtured and built upon.

As architects, designers, and people, we spend and distribute our expertise, skills, and time building the world we dream of.

Nothing more, nothing less.

A child changed everything

Founder and architect, Olympia Nouska served the established industries of architecture practice, education, and facilitation for 10+ years.

Throughout her extensive experience as a facilitator, architect, and teacher - again and again, she found herself faced with the same question:

How do I design and create environments which care for people, materials, and future transitions?

With motherhood, she came to understand that it takes a village. A village to raise a child, a village to give and receive care, a village to think, design and build a world skilled to care.
